Sequentially storing files

Is it possible to sequentially storing files?
    $pExcel = new PHPExcel();
    $aSheet = $pExcel->getActiveSheet();

$objWriter = new PHPExcel_Writer_Excel5($pExcel);
header('Content-Type: application/');
header('Content-Disposition: attachment;filename="'.$file.'.xls"');
header('Cache-Control: max-age=0');

or you can save the files in the archive, and then offer to maintain it?

AFAIK you cannot send more than one excel file to "php://output".
But for sure you can save on disk more than one excel file in the same script (removing header output from your example and sending output to disk instead of php).

I did not understand your second question.

...And take these files in an archive that you send to the client
Write directly in the archive... Perhaps, if the wrapper allows, which is not the case of zip://.
