Templates, named-ranges and cloning rows

Hi all, I'd like to speed up my development time by using templates in a smarter way - I have a few questions that don't seem to be answered in the documentation / API docs. Q1 - If I define a named range as A3:C3 then insert a row ABOVE this range is the "pointer" updated to then be A4:C4 in the same way that some calculations are? Q2 - Is it possible to copy and paste a row with insertNewRowBefore? Or would I need to create a custom function to do this for me? Cheers guys, I love this library - it's made my life a *lot* easier already!
