Description:
This is a patch for PHPExcel 1.7.8 aimed to optimize memory and filesystem usage for Excel5 Reader.

test system: Windows 32 bit, PHP 5.3.13
test file : 15Mb (980k cells), readDataOnly = true, readFilter = return false;
used system memory before patch : 33816576 bytes
used system memory after patch : 22544384 bytes (-33%),

description:
- cash OLE data upon sequential loads of the same file (does less filesystem reads)
- optimize for creating Excel5 reader with mismatched file header (does not read whole file to memory when it has wrong format)
- unset unused variables
- use implode('', array()) instead of strcat in hot places
- use SplFixedArray for SST
- optimize SST usage for readDataOnly
- declare used OLERead properties for clarification

Bonjour,

l'utilisation de la propriété de hauteur par défaut des lignes est perdue si on utilise une hauteur sur une ligne :
exemple : 01bug.php.
Hauteur par défaut : 24
Hauteur ligne 1 : 32
écriture cellule A1 : Hauteur 32
écriture cellule B2 : Hauteur 15
autres céllules : Hauteur 24 (par défaut)

Description:
When the PHPExcel script reads from a template file where all unnecessary cols and rows are hidden.
but when the new file is generated only the cols remain hidden and rows are displayed.

This issue has been fixed with this patch by enabling ZeroHeight for rows in sheet format .
