HTML form element in PHPEXcel Report

I want to have HTML form elements like checkbox , radio buttons in HTML report.
PHPEXcel support implementing this feature?

PHPExcel does unfortunately not support form elements. But it would anyway not be easy via PHPExcel_Writer_HTML to generate a fully functional HTML form that can be used for form submission.

Your best option is probably to use some codes in your Excel file like __CHECKBOX1__, __CHECKBOX2__, etc, and then replace them with strings like '<input type="checkbox" ...>' after generating the HTML using PHPExcel_Writer_HTML.

It works.
I got a sample HTML reports with form elements.
Similarly, I am trying to access JavaScript functions in HTML report.
