How to disable generateNavigation in HTML writer?

Sep 8, 2010 at 1:44 PM

Until yesterday, I was using PHPExcel 1.7.2. Today I decided to upgrade to a more recent release. So I installed 1.7.4.

And now when I want to output a multi-sheet workbook to html, the HTML writer generates a "<ul class='navigation'>" section at the top of the html body. This is an interesting feature. But actually I would like to get rid of this section. Is there a clean way to do that? (other than commenting the call to generateNavigation() in the save() method of the html writer!)

Thanks in advance

Provided a setGenerateSheetNavigationBlock(false) option to suppress generation of the sheet navigation block when writing multiple worksheets to HTML

This is available in the latest SVN code, and should be available with the next daily downloads
