Pdf writer

Hi, I am having formatting problem when i save the file as pdf format. the solution i produced is that i send an excel file to the pdf printer. when i select only one sheet , it is formatted automatically as a pdf document and there is no problem is here.. But, when i working with the documents with having more than one sheet; i have to select the all sheets and send to pdf printer. How can i select multiple sheet and save it as an excel file? thanks best regards
