Hi guys,

Id like to know how to format one column to suport big numbers, Eg 20090723115350 is the real number and  excel shows 2,00907E+13

Thanks!

Excel uses 32-bit numbers, so values above 2147483647 or below -2147483648 can't be held as integer, but must be float and will typically be expressed in scientific notation

Your number looks like a date time value expressed as YYYYMMDDHHMMSS, so why not store it as an Excel date/timestamp?

MarkBaker thanks for your answer, but that isnt a date, is a ID Code, so i have to keep that way?

Thanks

In that case, you'll have to treat it as a string
